This residential home has custom copper capped windows, security lighting and attention to detail. This is one of several homes featured in the SW subdivision in Lake Oswego that was developed and built by TCC.
The entry door is hand hewned, and the entry way has tumbled travertine flooring framed by hand hewned wooden planks. The kitchen has custom cabinetry and antiqued granite countertops.
The Clarke Building located at 7357 SW Beveland St., Tigard was a design build project by TCC. This unique site was home to two original 1960 ranch style homes. Tigard City Development and TCC collaborated to develop this unique commercial site that would blend and enhance the existing neighborhood. Incorporated in the design were elements used on higher end custom homes; including solid cement stucco and reclaimed beam accents. The goal was to create a warm comfortable space for people to meet and spend time relaxing.

TCC developed this unique interior for the Essential Wellness Center located on the second floor of the Clarke Building. This center offers alternative medical options such as acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, and licensed massage therapists.
TCC also designed and developed the Beveland St Bistro & Coffee Shop. We wanted to create a warm comfortable gathering place whether it be in the Bistro by the fire or outside on the patio with the sounds of the water and summer surrounding them. Currently adjacent to the Bistro TCC is designing and developing a showroom, Urban Heritage Designs, where many of the elements used in the buildings can be purchased.

This design build project by TCC and the sister building to the Clarke building was built for the new headquarters of the Gilroy Law Firm. Once again elements that are used in our high end custom homes, solid cement stucco and reclaimed beam accents, were incorporated. TCC also did the design and construction for the Tigard Optometric clinic on the first level of the building.
The Gilroy Law Firm interior has hand hewned solid plank floors with square pegs for a unique touch. The darker woods in this interior add a warmth and a professional ambiance.
BEFORE -The challenge in this remodel in this great SW Portland location was to upgrade the 1980’s mid level priced home to a more sophisticated, elegant style.
AFTER - Totally stripping the kitchen and adding knotty alder cabinetry, ceilings, and beams gave this kitchen the warmth it was missing.
In addition to making this kitchen the central gathering place, a new wine cellar was constructed under the house that is temperature controlled.
This straight staircase was replaced…
… with a curved staircase to open up the entry way and fully expose the beautiful music room. Built in cabinetry was added to the family room and the old tin can fireplaces were replaced with new more aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient gas fireplaces in the family room and music room.
Rocky Mountain Hardware was used throughout the first floor to give it a rustic, yet very refined finish. The openings were all retro fitted from 6’ doors to 8’ doors and the hardwood floors were extended throughout the first floor to give the entire area a very warm elegant feel.
BEFORE - The amenities of this 1940s estate needed to expand to meet the growing demands of the second generation family. A pool, pool house, new landscaping, an updated studio, fireplace, and golf greens were added.
AFTER – The 20 x 40 swimming pool with built in spa and automatic cover has an acid etched colored concrete deck surrounding it. The adjacent pool house is convenient for housing pool equipment and lawn furniture and is equipped with an outdoor shower and changing area.
